1. 英文字錯用: between 2 "consecutive" measurements, not "concessive" measurement.
註: concessive: 讓步的
consecutive: 連續的, 同義詞: successive
(我把consecutive和successive兩者合併成concessive了><..., 有空還是再翻翻TOEFL單字好了,也加上朗讀,以記得發音!)

2. 討論第一段的主題句:Estimating the MDC value of a measure is cruicial for appropriately interpreting change scores in patients with stroke. 可去除"with stroke"，因是一般的說法, 不用特定對象。
第二句: Our results showed that the MDCs of the HBSF were 1.2 and 1.1 points for the intra-rater and inter-rater studies之後需補上",respectively."-慣用寫法。

3. MDC討論可再深入。因主題是MDC，所以要有更深入的討論 ，如: IRT-based measure用傳統測驗理論的SEM,MDC來探討，所得的結果是: intra-rater的測量誤差大於inter-rater測量誤差。但基本上IRT主張sample free, 不同能力個案有其對應的SE，而非傳統測驗理論之假設:每位個案的SE皆相同。另外，intra-rater和inter-rater各是不同的sample，可能不易比較。

4. 其他可討論的點: 收案地點多，是否影響結果。也可進一步寫研究限制。

5. 寫Outline時，可先列出每段會寫的"key points"，也可進一步再規劃放置的段落。
