Impotant issues about making inference from our studies:
1. If our data was collected from a specific hospital, we can still make inference from the results but should be coutious!
自己的研究樣本可能來自於某一地區醫院，個案可能具有某些特性，故要將自己的研究結果作小心的推論！
2. If an emprical study is a probability sample, and it is representative, one still cannot draw inferences about the whole population.
就算研究樣本是隨機抽樣產生，也有代表性，但仍可能無法推論至母群，因為可能會有低回收率(樣本流失率較高)的問題。所以要確定流失的個案的特性並不會影響研究的推論。
