Reliability results

目前決定用古典測驗理論的方法去算MDC,我在manuscript的說明如下:

"For ease of application in the clinical and research settings, we generated the MDC values under Classical Test Theory (i.e., a MDC value is invariant for every ability estimate along the scale). Thus, both MDC values were calculated on the basis of the standard error of measurement (SEM)."

  1. looks interesting.
However, how could the individual responsiveness of both measures can be compared? You used different methods to calculate individual responsiveness.

What are the main points of the manuscript?

    1. I got it! The scores of BI-100 need to be transfered to a IRT-based score in order to be compared with the ADL CAT scores.
The main purposes of this manuscript are to estabilish the test-retest/inter-rater reliability and responsiveness of the ADL CAT.

  2. please add the relevant descriptive results of the measures.
