3/1陽明CAT收案情況

今天收了7位個案，
皆是不久之前做過紙本的個案。
之前跟個案建立了不錯的關係，
這次我們一提出邀請，
他們義不容辭的答應，
有的個案甚至提出要先接受我們的評估再作復健！
這兩週每個星期會有一天在陽明收案，
接下來可能到署北或台大，
若是養護中心允許我們過去收案，
理想上這一兩個月應可將CAT資料補齊。

Stroke與IADL評量相關文獻搜尋策略

之前在搜尋Stroke和IADL評量相關文獻時，
總是有搜尋到太多不相關文獻的問題，
跟佳苓請教後，修正了自己之前的一些策略，
如:
1. 使用Pubmed檢索時，不用"outcome assessment (health care)"這個MeSH term。
2. 使用Stroke相關的MeSH term："Intracranial Hemorrhage, Hypertensive"。
3. 以IADL相關的形容詞，如: instrumental, advanced, extended做text word的檢索，再合併MeSH term"Activities of daily living" 做搜尋。

所以目前所使用的Pubmed相關的文獻搜尋策略為:
("Stroke"[MeSH] OR "Intracranial Hemorrhage, Hypertensive"[MeSH] OR stroke[TW]) AND ((instrumental[TW] OR extended[TW] OR advanced[TW]) AND "Activities of daily living"[MeSH])
總共搜尋到266篇文獻。

根據以上的文獻搜尋策略，嘗試做修改並在Medline做搜尋，策略為：
1. exp stroke/ 67662
2. stroke.tw. 109861
3. 1 or 2 134855
4. ((instrumental or extended or advanced) adj3 activities of daily living).tw. 1843
5. 3 and 4 218
共有218篇文獻。

目前所用策略找到的文獻比之前找到的文獻相關多了，當然其中還是有一些不太相關的，但兩百多篇看下來還算OK。

ICC value (95% CI)= 0.96 (0.89-0.98)
Rater 2 (n=17)
ICC value (95% CI)= 0.97 (0.89-0.99)
Rater 3 (n=15)
ICC value (95% CI)=0.95 (0.84-0.98)
Average ICC value (95% CI)=0.96 (0.90-0.98)
MDC=0.96 => 1.0; MDC%=10%

2. Inter-rater reliability
Final sample: n=52
ICC value (95% CI)=0.92 (0.85-0.95)
MDC=1.15 => 1.2; MDC%=12%

* 刪除intra-rater兩筆data (outliers)後，出現了較合理的MDC值。
